Working time recording
Record working times directly at the POS - simply, quickly and transparently.
With working time recording in Arcavis, employees register their working time directly at the point of sale. Start, breaks and stop are conveniently done at the touch of a button. The system automatically ensures that no time recording is forgotten - when logging out, the system asks whether the time should be stopped. All entries can be evaluated in the backend and corrected by administrators if necessary.

Customer orders
Manage offers, collections and sales efficiently in the back office.
With the order function, you can enter and manage transactions directly in the back office. A shopping cart can be created with just a few clicks, and articles can be flexibly added, commented on or discounted. Depending on requirements, a customer order can be turned into a quote, a collection slip or a sale on invoice. All customer orders remain editable and can be further processed or completed at any point of sale.

Inventory

Invoices

With Arcavis, you can record sales directly on invoice - at the point of sale or in the back office. Invoices can then be created collectively or individually, sent by e-mail with a QR payment part or printed out as a PDF. Open items, shipping status and incoming payments remain clear and traceable at all times.
Incoming payments in ISO 20022 format from your bank are automatically read in and assigned to the corresponding invoices. This saves you time, avoids errors and keeps your outstanding receivables under control at all times.
